Please join the Downtown Kenosha Catholic parishes at St. Elizabeth Church, 714 49th St., on Monday, February 10 at 6:00 p.m. as we host the southernmost Mass of Welcome for our newly-installed Archbishop, the Most Rev. Jeffrey Grob. Following the Mass, a reception will be held in the Ministry Center cafeteria. There will be a separate receiving room allowing for personal interactions between Archbishop Grob and the community.
This event is more than just a formal introduction. It is a communal celebration that symbolizes the beginning of Archbishop Grob's pastoral leadership in Milwaukee. This evening is integral to fostering a sense of unity and shared mission within our Archdiocese.
Archbishop Grob’s journey from a Wisconsin farm boy to a prominent church leader, marked by over 30 years of service in the Archdiocese of Chicago, makes his new role here in Milwaukee a true homecoming.
The Mass is free and open to the public. All Catholics within the Kenosha area are encouraged to attend this important evening. We hope to see many there to welcome our new Archdiocesan prelate and to welcome His Excellency back home to Wisconsin!
