On Saturday, January 4, please join us in celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the incorporation of St. Elizabeth parish with cocktails, dinner, dessert, live music, and Christmas carols. Tickets are required and may be purchased online.
St. Elizabeth was incorporated on January 1, 2000 by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee as the result of merging the parishes of St. George and St. Casimir. The German parish, St. George, was founded in 1849 and the Polish parish, St. Casimir, was founded in 1901. Both churches supported parish schools until shrinking enrollments forced the closing of St. George School in 1986 and the closing of St. Casimir School in 1996.
The 25th Anniversary Dinner will be held in the DTKC Ministry Center, 714 49th Street. Cocktails begin at 5:00 p.m. (following the 4:00 p.m. Mass at St. Elizabeth). Drinks are not included with admission but the bar will accept payment with cash or card. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. with live entertainment to follow.
NOTE: There will be NO5:30 p.m. Mass at St. James on Saturday, January 4.
