St. Elizabeth, St. James and Our Catholic Cemeteries
Our Faith Formation serves children in preschool through high school. We prepare our young children to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion and we prepare our high school students for receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. We also have various adult studies throughout the year. Our emphasis is on the tradition and beauty of our Catholic teachings with a desire for our parishioners to grow in relationship with our Lord.
“The sacraments are ‘of the Church’ in the double sense that they are ‘by her’ and ‘for her.’ They are ‘by the Church,’ for she is the sacrament of Christ’s action at work in her through the mission of the Holy Spirit. They are ‘for the Church,’ since they manifest and communicate to men, above all in the Eucharist, the mystery of communion with the God who is love, One in three persons.” (CCC 1118)
If you are looking for sacramental records (such as baptism, first communion, marriage records) from a closed Parish (St. Casimir or St. George), please contact the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
If you have questions about the faith, or simply wish to explore Catholicism, call the parish office and request a meeting with Fr. Sean Granger. Exploration comes in so many forms – whether you’ve been away and haven’t completed the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Holy Eucharist and/or Confirmation), whether you’re preparing for marriage and wish to enter the Church with your spouse, or whether your spiritual life is leading you to our Church. We welcome all walks of life to this beautiful Rite of Christian Initiation (aka RCIA – becoming Catholic).
Every good gift comes from God. We, in turn, give back those gifts to God and our neighbor. Everyone is called to serve in time, talent or treasure. As you consider how you might serve, consider your gifts, interests and talents. Consider the unique ways in our parish: our festival, faith formation, the food pantry and regular donations as a way to give back to to your parish.
