Registered parishioners who have an email on file will automatically receive a year-end contribution statement for tax filing purposes. If you do not have a valid email address on file with the parish office, please contact Michael Benner ([email protected] / 262-657-1156, ext. 2) and provide your Name, Parish, and Email. 

If do not have access to email, please let the office know how you would like to receive your statement when you make your request. 

NOTE: The Flocknote messaging system is not the same as the parish office email database (OSV). If you receive the parish Flocknote email and text messages, that does not guarantee your email is accurate in the parish database.
